Hey guys, remember me? 
I feel like I owe an explanation for the real reasons I left. My nasty spat with Trekkie was just the straw that broke the camel's back.
Long story short: I was put in charge of Orientation (the recruitment division) around the time of WoW release. I also fought hard to open the clan to PC users, and worked my ass off on Frostwolf (the designated clan server), with grand plans for an active WoW guild. Then, after getting to 60 in the old days when that took more than an hour, the new WoW head decided to change factions. He also insisted on total control over recruiting and orientation for WoW applicants - the only ones who were incoming, since it was the clan's only really active game at the time. I objected strongly but was brushed aside. I left the graveyard of an Orientation forum up as an ironic tribute to how I got shafted.
I almost quit the clan over the WoW mess. Instead, I quit WoW and hung around the forums just as a social group, without really gaming with the clan at all, hoping SC2 would fix everything. But then, Trekkie, whom I've defended tooth and nail back when we had all our silly internal clan politics, started getting more and more under my skin. Not just his political views, but the constant caustic, hostile, sarcastic tone, in otherwise friendly threads. It was getting to the point where I would stop posting on threads once Trekkie jumped in, because his little snide jabs pissed me off so damn much. Finally I erupted at him in that political thread and decided to leave for good.
Trekkie, if you wanna talk this shit out and come to good terms, you know my AIM. If not, so be it. To the rest of you, thanks for all the good times, sorry for all the drama, and do stay in touch to play some SC2!
